Commercial Account Executive at Grafana Labs
Grafana Labs is searching for a Commercial Account Executive to take on the exciting challenge of identifying and closing new business opportunities in the Nordics region. As part of our team, you will work with both new and existing customers, using a consultative sales approach to understand their needs thoroughly before diving into product details. Your role will involve showcasing the value of our products, assisting customers during trials, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our Customer Success team.
Responsibilities:
- Exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets
- Handle all stages of the sales process effectively
- Drive sales through proactive prospecting and inbound leads management
- Articulate the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Become a Salesforce pipeline management expert
- Handle quoting, order processing, and customer inquiries efficiently
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
- Based in Sweden
- Proficiency in English and Swedish
- Proven track record of achieving goals in competitive settings
- Dynamic, enterprising, and collaborative team player
- Adaptable to fast-paced technology environments
- Proficient in Salesforce usage
- Familiarity with open source technology is a plus
- Excellent communicator across various channels
- Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is advantageous
The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role in Sweden range from SEK 1,030,000 to SEK1,854,000. Actual compensation may vary depending on your expertise, experience, and interview evaluation. Benefits include equity, potential bonuses, and more as outlined on our platform.
