Vi letar nu efter en svensk Ecommerce & Marketing Specialist för att stärka vårt online- och marknadsteam.

Beskrivning av rollen

Rollen ska hjälpa oss att stärka Carlings position i Sverige både online och i våra butiker.

Du kommer att ansvara för att leverera översättningar till vår webbshop och till andra marknadskanaler, såsom nyhetsbrev och annonser. Du kommer att arbeta tätt med vårt SEO-team för att säkerställa att vår webbplats är optimerad för sökning och säkra Google-positioner i Sverige. Du ansvarar även för administrationen kring vår lokala webbshop och utveckling utifrån centrala riktlinjer. Tillsammans med Ecommerce Manager kommer du att utarbeta onlinestrategier och driva utveckling baserat på din feedback med den svenska kunden i fokus.

Rollen innebär också att du kommer analysera vår webbplats, säkra utvecklingen och vidta åtgärder där det behövs, men också göra relevanta konkurrent-, konsument- och marknadsanalyser för att se till att vi alltid håller koll på vad som "händer" på den svenska marknaden.

Tillsammans med Marketing Manager kommer du utveckla och genomföra de starkaste kampanjerna och bästa marknadsstrategin för Sverige. Rollen har fokus på att öka varumärkeskännedom och stärka Carlings varumärkesposition på den svenska marknaden genom effektiv kommunikation samt genom relationsbyggande med målgruppen. Detta kan bland annat innebära att hålla sig uppdaterad med nya "lokala" trender i alla marknadsföringskanaler, inklusive influencer marketing och sociala medier. I rollen kommer du planera och genomföra lokal marknadsföring och event, såsom festivaler och butiksöppningar. Du kommer att samarbeta med våra butiker för att säkerställa att lokala kampanjer får rätt stöd.

Vi söker dig som har/är

  • erfarenhet och stor förståelse för detaljhandel/retail
  • en teknisk fallenhet och som är snabblärd i nya program/verktyg
  • självgående och proaktiv

  • förmåga att motivera sig och anpassa sig i en miljö där förändringar sker snabbt, och ständigt sträva efter förbättringar
  • lagspelare med god kommunikationsförmåga och som älskar att vinna

Kompetens/Erfarenhet

  • 2-4 års erfarenhet av detaljhandel
  • Utmärkt förståelse för kundresan
  • Utmärkt kommunikations- och presentationsförmåga
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med flera deadlines samtidigt
  • Erfarenhet av självständigt arbete och genomförande
  • Analytiska färdigheter inklusive att arbeta med budget och nyckeltal
  • Positiv entreprenöriell attityd och förhållningssätt
  • Erfarenhet av att bygga interna relationer
  • Utmärkt skrift- och muntlig förmåga i svenska och på engelska

Tjänsten är placerad på vårt Servicekontor i Solna och enstaka resor förekommer till vårt kontor på Slependen i närheten av Oslo. Rollen rapporterar till Marketing Manager som är placerad i Oslo.
