We are seeking a motivated Quality Specialist to ensure the accuracy and consistency of metadata across our digital content platforms.

As a Quality Specialist at Telia, you will be responsible for daily quality assurance and correction of metadata using various tools and solutions. You will troubleshoot, identify, and analyze metadata-related issues utilizing data analytics tools. By performing routine quality assessments, you will promptly address any errors, inconsistencies, overlaps, or gaps in metadata. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate metadata for new and existing content and act as a key point of contact for communication and follow-up internally and externally with suppliers, broadcasters, and providers.

Is this you?

We think that you have some knowledge in metadata management, with proven experience in the media, entertainment, or digital content industry. Your proficiency in both Finnish and English languages will be advantageous, along with your basic IT skills and familiarity with image editing tools. You have the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and metadata management tools is a plus.

You bring excellent attention to detail and maintain data accuracy and consistency through your analytical mindset and strong organizational skills. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You have a keen interest in learning and staying updated on industry trends, showing enthusiasm and determination in achieving metadata quality goals and overcoming challenges.
