Partner with the best

The Energy Transition Sales Specialist will be customer facing responsible for winning business in the new energy space in Northern Europe (Scandinavia, UK, Benelux, Germany). Will develop a customer interface roadmap with a short, medium, and long-term perspective but also with the intensity of turning leads into actual orders. This is a unique role to actually contribute with real projects, real solutions, real equipment to make the energy transition happen.

As an , you will be responsible for:

·Positioning Baker Hughes Valve business as a critical valve partner for Energy Transition in your Area.

·Leading key account (OEM’s, Licensors, End Users) engagement with regional teams in strategy and communication with OEM’s, licensors, EPC’s, major customers, and channel partners.

·Leading key Energy Transition account mapping (OEMs, EPCs, Licensors, End Users) in your Area in the region and cross regionally

·Managing and developing a solid pipeline of Energy Transition projects within the Area

·Providing regional market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and customer intelligence in the fast-growing Energy Transition industry

·In complete co-ordination with the regional teams, fueling the Energy Transition project pipeline to support short-medium and long-term Energy Transition Growth.

·Reporting on all regional activities related to market awareness, existing and new projects updates.

·Cooperating with commercial and technical departments to support customer requests and realize sales

·Supporting and providing Energy Transition content required for growth strategy plan and annual operating plan with sound data

To be successful in this role you will:

·Have a degree in an engineering discipline or similar with work experience in the Energy Sector

·Have a solid sales experience technical sales and account management

·Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

·Be able to communicate at all levels within the organization and able to effectively influence others without authority
