Job Summary:

As Technical Account Manager - Automotive, you will be a part of the Altair Nordics Technical Team, responsible for driving sales and expansion at our customers, both current and new prospects. You will be the customers’ main technical contact and act as a liaison between sales, technical support, software development teams focusing on customer satisfaction and development. You will represent Altair and promote our full software portfolio including software suites within Simulation, Data/AI and HPC.

What You Will Do:

Work closely with our customers to develop and optimize their usage of Altair software. Drive and be the customers’ point of contact in technical activities including presales, technical support, consulting and training. Interface with the Altair Technical Support, Software Development, Sales and Marketing teams. Manage customer expectations to ensure maximum satisfaction with Altair’s products and services

What You Will Need:

Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience with automotive CAE applications Experience from Data/ML/AI driven development is an advantage Experience from Technical Sales Great collaboration skills, being a team player Excellent presentation and communication skills, in Swedish and English Good coordination skills Outgoing and customer oriented Energetic and motivated to work in a high performing, results-oriented environment
