Your role in the team

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and trading services to create tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your strategic insights and proactive approach will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious growth targets and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

What you’ll do:

Client Retention and Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.

Reactivation of Inactive Accounts: Proactively reach out to lapsed clients to rekindle relationships and renew their engagement with our services.

Collaborate Cross-Functional: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support to develop tailored solutions and enhance the customer experience.

Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and target new business opportunities to drive revenue growth within premium accounts.

Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company’s overall growth objectives.

What you’ll need for this role:

About year trading services / customer services or client management experience Fluency in English and Swedish language Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (the key is to be able to empathize with our clients) Analytical and logical approach to problem solving Strong time management and organisational skills Motivated to succeed by achieving and surpassing individual and team KPIs Passionate about financial markets, financial products and client services. Selling and commercial skills
