Digital Marketing Officer

Introduction
Shimano Nordics is looking for a creative, confident, energetic and positive minded marketing officer with a digital mindset to join our team in Uppsala You will join the dynamic marketing team in Shimano Nordic. You will be working in a creative capacity to design corporate and promotional materials, both digital and for print, as well as playing an important part in our digital advertising campaigns on social platforms like META. The Challenge
Coordinate the publishing of content created on either online or offline platforms to maximize revenue generation. Ensure a high standard of imagery and maintain product content databases, providing customers with material upon request. To coordinate well planned and targeted content to current and possible Shimano consumers on digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc. Responsible for the planning and delivery of online and offline promotional marketing tools and materials for new introductions and specific promotions. Responsible for the creation of online and offline content for both B2B and B2C customers, matching market standards as well as customer and company expectations. Communicate across departments and external parties to create ads, banners, in-store material, social media content, catalogues and more. Ensure and warrant that all produced and published content meets license, royalties and copyright regulations. Continuously monitor the market to discover trends, monitor developments and ensure we use the right tools to ensure we are able to innovate and succeed in the current market. Manage multiple projects and timelines to make sure deadlines are met. Create a content calendar aimed to ensure frequent and maximum exposure.
What are we looking for?
1-3 years professional experience in a similar position (digital, social media, experience in advertising is a plus. Solid experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g In-Design, Illustrator and Photoshop). Expertise in video editing and animation is a big plus. Experience in running advertising campaigns on social media platforms such as META or Google. You are a solution focused self-starter with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to manage and handle data. Highly organized, independent and willing to challenge yourself. The ability to plan, coordinate and juggle projects calmly and optimistically, often working to tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English, other Nordic languages are plus. Tons of energy and a great team spirit are a must Passion or knowledge of cycling / sports market is a big plus.
