We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to help drive the development of Nordea Business Web & Mobile – the digital bank for Small and Mid-size Enterprises (“SME’s”) in Business Banking. About this opportunity
Welcome to the SME Digital in Business Banking. As a Senior or Expert Product Owner, you will play a valuable role developing Nordea Business, engaging with different stakeholders, understanding customer needs, capturing business value and deliver solutions together with an Agile team assigned to you and for the product delivery. You will own a specific area or product domain in addition to the daily PO routines and you will work with that area together with your product trio.

We continue to develop Nordea Business which is a modern platform for not only a Nordic web and mobile bank, but also a platform to support digital sales and provide customers with financial insights and value-adding services in addition to providing access to our advisors. We have an ambitious strategy and roadmap so we need you to help us reach those.
What you will be doing:
Collaborating with different stakeholders to translate our vision, strategy and high level business demand into more concrete epics, features and user stories Managing, refining, and prioritizing the backlog of the team and have a view to the future Be the responsible owner and becoming the subject matter expert of selected domains within the Nordea Business solution e.g.: Manage my cashflow, Fund my business or Get and manage products & services Working with service and UX designers to develop the best customer experience Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and units across Nordea but also potentially externally Leading a cross-functional agile delivery team and take decisions within your teams context Delivering business and customer value (instead of just features), and balancing time-to-market with high quality while optimizing our ways of working The position is located in Helsinki, Finland or Stockholm, Sweden. You will be part of an agile team that collaborates with different teams & people across the Nordics and Poland. Some traveling will be expected.

Experience within business development and service design activities Knowledge and interest in SME customers, business, and products & services Knowledge of Nordea IT infrastructure is an advantage (but not a must) Experience working with Agile Methods (e.g. Scaled Agile Framework) and supporting tools such as JIRA or Confluence Bachelor's or Master's degree and relevant work experience e.g. working as a product owner You are fluent in EnglishIf this sounds like you, get in touch If you don’t tick off all of the boxes, that is okay.
