Nu söker vi en Kitchen assistant (Köksbiträde) till Scandic Continental.

Oavsett varför gästen kommer till oss är det få saker som är så uppskattade som ett vänligt ansikte som hälsar välkommen. Du agerar värd tillsammans med övriga teamet på hotellet och skapar en gästupplevelse i världsklass.

Hos oss får du ta ett stort eget ansvar för att ta de beslut som krävs för att göra gästen nöjd och teamen utvecklar och förbättrar arbetssätt och service i takt med att omvärlden förändras. Vad är innebär rollen?

Din främsta roll är att supportera driften inom våra mat- och dryckesavdelningar med diverse operativa uppgifter så att medarbetarna som är närmast gästen kan ha sitt fulla fokus på att ge service i världsklass. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår enklare matlagning, förberedelse, framplockning samt att hålla ordning i kök och allmänna utrymmen. Du ser till att disk, renhållning och egenkontroll flyter på och i enlighet med livsmedelspolicy, koncept och manualer.

Vem är du?

För att passa i rollen tror vi att du har minst ett års erfarenhet av liknande arbete samt erfarenhet av konceptstyrd verksamhet. Allra viktigast är dock dina personliga egenskaper och din inställning. För att passa i rollen behöver du vara en bra lagspelare som tar ett stort ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och helhetsresultatet. Viktigt är också att du kan förmedla ett gott värdskap till hotellets gäster.
