Job Description

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of HR specialist work, aligned with our business priorities. From specialist business partnering by building solutions for business challenges to executing on People Life cycle activities including strategic planning and alignment. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our HR initiatives meet the needs of our organization. In this role you will lead both leaders and cross-functional high-performing specialists and help them execute and foster collaboration across roles and functions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver on the execution of HR specialist work, according to business priorities.  
  • Guide and advice business (leaders and People Colleagues) on specialist areas.  
  • In collaboration with Business, set plans that supports the business to reach their strategic people targets  
  • Business partnerships & stakeholder engagement: Collaborates closely with the Heads of People, People Managers, and other People leaders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, resources, people outcomes.  

Qualifications

  • You have a strong record of engaging stakeholders effectively with a strong business acumen that drives team and business growth. 
  •  You have relevant experience and proven leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.  
  • Extensive experience in HR management, with deep understanding of people Analytics, talent management, talent identification, contribution, and growth and know how to translate those areas into business relevant business solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree within HR field, Behavioral Science, Business, or Equivalent.


Additional Information

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm with start date as soon as possible. You will report to CHRO and be part of the executive HR leadership team.
