Chief Project Manager for Asset Management

We recently launched our Asset Management Forward ’28 strategy and are looking into a number of large, transformational projects that will be led by project managers in our Business Projects team. Join us to use your asset management experience for delivering important business changes together with colleagues from across our Asset Management organisation
Our team consists of 6 highly professional and enthusiastic project colleagues and is a team of different backgrounds, nationalities, age and geographical locations. In Denmark, we are located in our brand new Copenhagen headquarter right next to the Central Station. There is a great atmosphere where we are supporting each other to grow and learn.
An independent role with broad organisational involvement
As Project Manager you will be managing and implementing complex and large scale business projects through your leadership, close stakeholder collaboration together with a project team. The role is a great opportunity for you to utilize your project management and asset management experience.
You will be given a large degree of professional responsibility and will be empowered to run your projects with freedom while always getting the support needed.
Your role will among others include
Managing and delivering projects with a high quality from planning to implementation Ensuring a good working environment in the project team Constructively challenging when needed and solving business-related problems Involving and managing different stakeholders to ensure progress and decision making Ensuring solid and supportive communication to the project team and wider organisation Continuously developing yourself and othersAsset Management Business knowledge and experience
We are looking for you, who has solid business knowledge in asset management to build and learn further from. We expect solid experience in project management and that you work with high integrity - you do the right thing for the right reason. You are a self-driven person who works effectively in a structured way and who can define and run a project team to correct implementation.
Interacting with multiple stakeholders throughout the asset management value chain will be your every day and therefore great communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Furthermore, it is important that you have the can-do attitude, you get things done and you are eager to learn new areas of the business.
We are looking for you who has enthusiasm to deliver with great collaboration. To become a success in the role, you see yourself to be a fit to the skills we are looking for:
A few years of experience in project management Solid experience in working in asset management or fund management Ability to define and drive work through others Collaborative and proactive with a positive mindset Structured way of working and getting things done Advanced communication skills Fluent English skills (written and spoken)Join a great team and a flexible workplace
