Are you passionate about leading and coaching teams to deliver exceptional technology solutions? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration and innovation drive success? SD Worx is looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager for our Nordics Time Team. 

As the manager of our Nordics Time Team, you will lead a cross-functional team including product specialists, a product owner, a solution architect, software developers, and testers. You will deliver technology solutions in collaboration with stakeholders such as Sales, Consultants, Customer Care, and other Product Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Technology Director as a member of the development management team.
  • Coach and support your team of 15 people, ensuring their well-being and growth.
  • Align product vision with the product roadmap in collaboration with the product owner and specialists.
  • Facilitate day-to-day agile processes and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate and report team progress to management.
  • Ensure high-frequency deployments and address recurring problems with solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Relevant experience as a team lead or manager.
  • Passion for coaching and motivating people.
  • Initiative, a "can do" mentality, and strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability, curiosity, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and business software development (5+ years).
  • Familiarity with large distributed Microsoft (C#) environments.
