What we’re looking for

Experience with Peristaltic Pump Technology, alternatively Fluid Handling product experience (pumps, single use technology) or bioprocess experience (bioreactor chain products) Experience in Biopharma and/or pharma markets Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (other languages welcome) Education: not critical, though Masters in Engineering (Technical University) welcome Confidence in usage of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Desirable attributes: strategic commercial mindset, natural project manager, confident communicator, detail oriented, curious and creative, problem solver, quick learner, adaptable Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Full Driver’s License.

How you will thrive and create an impact

You will manage specialised Masterflex channel partners in the regionSet and execute business plans with channel partnersSupport their sales teams (and marketing)Help achieve sales targets You will provide application support in field (consulting – seeking best Masterflex solutions for customer’s specific applications) Troubleshooting (with assistance of company’s service and technical teams) Negotiating supply agreements Cooperation with companies’ operations, applications and technical support team, and marketing team (for channel partners) – in defined region in Europe Revenue drive focus – actively participate in business planning for the region – territory plan execution - achieve company sales goals Perform other duties as assigned.
