As we are developing a new digital platform and taking the next steps in how we present our product and services we are now looking to expand our content team with a new role as Digital Content Writer for the web, app and other digital channels.

Who are you?

You're a curious communications pro with a profound understanding of content copy creation and with a digital dexterity.

We assume you also have previous knowledge of working within a headless CMS to best onboard your copy creation tasks in a seamless way. You're also strong at aligning with our brand tonality and SEO best practices to boost online visibility.

You care about the planet and it's inhabitants. After all, there is no planet B. It's also important for you to take care of your own well-being and have a good relation to your friends and family.

In your work you like variety and take a 360-responsibility for your projects from A-Z. Maybe you have sometimes been referred to by others as "a whole digital content department in one person" ? Experience of working in large organizations across multiple geographies in the Nordics is important as the role is a group function. Understanding of the hospitality industry (or similar) is also a great asset in this role. To fully take on this role you have both proficiency in written English as well as Swedish or another Scandinavian language.

Role overview:

Specialized in creating compelling content (mainly texts) for digital platforms such as our websites (longer texts as well as micro copy), social media, and email newsletters & automations.

The role involves researching topics, writing, editing, and publishing content that engages and informs the audience while also aligning with our brand tonality and SEO best practices to boost online visibility.

Key responsibilities include generating ideas for new content, creating content from a prioritized content creation plan, collaborating with other marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice, and analyzing content performance to optimize future outputs.

This role requires strong writing skills, creativity, a good understanding of digital marketing strategies, knowledge in how to use AI as a tool for enhancement and the ability to adapt to varying content formats and audience needs.

Main responsibilities in the role:

Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email newsletters.

SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and ranking on search engines.

Editing and Proofreading: Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free of grammatical errors and follows the brand voice and guidelines.

Content Management: Manage and update content using content management system (CMS).

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure content complements overall marketing efforts.
