The Role
We are looking for a talented Content Writer/Editor proficient in both English and Swedish. As our Content Writer, you will create and manage various content formats including newsletters, blogs, white papers, case studies, infographics,and product release notes. Additionally, you will handle organic social media activities on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, engaging with our audience through posts and comments.
You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Digital Marketing Manager, Sales, and Product teamto align content with our overall GTMstrategy and goals.
This role suits a fast learner eager to adapt to new tools and techniques, with a curious mindset to stay on top of keypriorities in the HR industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and edit content for newsletters, blogs, white papers, case studies, infographics, and product release notes.
- Translate technicalproduct capabilities into value messaging that createsthe need among our target personasto learn more
- Manage organic social media accounts, posting content and engaging with followers on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Utilize Hubspot and Wordpress for content creation and management.
- Enhance content visibility and organic traffic by optimizing content for SEO.
- Stay updated on industry trends and leverage the latest tools to acceleratecontent production.

- Bilingual with excellent Englishand Swedishwriting skills.
- Experienced in creating and adapting content for various formats across multiple platforms.
- Interested in data and SEO for content performance.
- Able to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
- A strong team-player that develop relationships withvarious internal teams and external experts to produce content that fulfills the needs of stakeholders and resonates with our audience.
We think you have
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or Digital Communications.
- Strong writing and editorial skills; proficient in crafting compelling narratives, editing, and proofreading.
- 3-5 years of in-depth experience in organic social media management
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot and Wordpress, especially creating blog posts and managing newsletters
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new tools and trends
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
- A SaaS-background and experience in HRTech is a plus.
