We are super excited to announce thatPaddy,James, Andrea and Claesare looking for a new colleague to work with Product Information at Voyado

This role is about establishing strategic direction as well as hands-on writing. You'll play an important role in setting the direction for our documentation practices, ensuring they enhance user experience and align with Voyado's strategic goals. You will, together with Paddy and James, the team's two experienced technical writers, make sure we have a scaleable knowledge base for our customers, integrators and partners

Some of the things you'll be up to:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive documentation strategy to support business objectives and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure the creation, editing, and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for our B2B SaaS products, including user guides, API documentation, tutorials, release notes, and FAQs.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve documentation and address any gaps in user knowledge.
  • Manage projects related to ways of working, ensure their progress, and see to it that there is consistency in all documentation.
So, who are you?

Apart from an innate ability to identify ambiguities and logical inconsistencies, you are a strategic team player and initiator. You are an experienced tech/UX writer who's demonstrated the ability to initiate, develop, and execute documentation strategies. We think you have a strong understanding of UX principles as well as experience in guiding others in translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly content.

You'll have gained this experience in an agile B2B SaaS context, and are familiar with documentation tools such as Paligo, Zendesk, Localise, or similar. If you're not, you'll get to learn then on the job
