Job Title: Launch Manager, Digital Solutions

Location: Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Purpose of Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Launch Manager to join our team. As a Launch Manager specializing in Digital Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in the successful launch of our innovative digital products and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from conception to market release.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end launch process for new digital products and solutions, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.

Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and other teams to define launch strategies, objectives, and success metrics.

Develop comprehensive launch plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.

Oversee and contribute actively with the execution of launch activities, including product development, quality assurance, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer support.

Analyze launch performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and enhance our launch capabilities.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Proven experience in product launch, or related roles within the technology industry.

Strong understanding of digital solutions, software development lifecycle, and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
