Build a better world and the next generation project tool in the construction industry
We are a green tech company, with long experience in sustainable services. We deliver two platforms, a world leading marketplace for connecting architects and manufacturers (bimobject.com) and the unique sustainability platform Prodikt (www.prodikt.com), focusing on stakeholders and actors in the construction and property sector. To fuel these platforms, we are also developing BIM objects as well as EPDs. Last but not least, we are also providing a LCA software that enables a unique blockchain technology that brings supply chain and operations together in a LCA context.

We are expanding and we are now looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of our platform prodikt.com. In this role, you will work closely with a small team of developers to take the platform to the next level and make sure it aligns with the company strategy. You will also work together with the rest of the Product Managers as well as collaborate cross-functionally with peers from Customer Success, Data, Sales, and more.
What you will do
Develop, maintain and communicate the product vision and roadmap internally and externally. Inspiring and motivating the team and fostering an innovative and collaborative culture. Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch products on time and within budgetResponsible for commercial aspects related to the product, such as go-to-market strategies, pricing, launch plansStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Analyze and present usage data and customer feedback to improve product features and user experience and lead problem-solving Define and track product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement as well as risk mitigation Act as a product evangelist, providing sales enablement and supporting marketing efforts through effective messaging, demos, and training materials.You will do great in this role if you
Have experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology-driven company, preferably in the SaaS industry.Have experience from various types of data integration projects.Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to inform product decisions.Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Understanding of product marketing and experience building go-to-market solutions.Familiarity with SaaS concepts, platforms, and solutions is highly desirable.Experience in the building industry is a plus.Who You Are
