Who we are and what we believe

Elsa Science is working toward a future where chronic disease is prevented. We do this by helping those living with a chronic condition to live their life to its full potential.

Our goal is to provide an educational and motivational digital platform that brings individuals, providers and the healthcare system together to manage chronic disease and empower the individual to live their life to its full potential.

Our current focus is on delivering a service for rheumatic care management including a self care tool for patients, as well as a clinical decision support tool for healthcare providers. Together, our service enables patient self care and a proactive approach to provider’s treatment of the disease between visits, augmenting traditional patient care.

You probably have

Extensive experience and deep knowledge in product management of software products requiring user-centered and iterative design At least 5 years of experience from product management or ownership Strong people & relationship skills, and a great understanding of team dynamics and concerns Experience in executing data informed product development A passion for breaking down and solving complex challenges into actionable plans Excellent communication and presentation skills A calling to impact people's lives for the better Willingness to coach, mentor and empower your team members Experience working in HealthTech or MedTech

What will you be working on

Develop deep understanding of our users’ needs building a strategy to enhance their experience and meet their goals Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discover optimal paths for delivering value to our customers while achieving our business goals, which may involve development of new features, enhancement of existing ones, or optimising our operational processes Work iterative and collaborative with research, design, engineering, compliance, and other departments to effectively implement our strategy Ideate, validate, build, ship, measure, learn (rinse and repeat) Monitor and evaluate performance using core metrics for your area continually refining our effort to attain our objectives and provide value to our users


On a day-to-day basis, you will

Lead the team to build lovable products Collaborate with UX, product, engineering, internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the product strategy, define and deliver our product roadmap Collaboratively define and iterate on processes, plans and product features, integrating insights from our internal team, people living with chronic disease, healthcare providers, and scientists Define and explore success metrics, and use data to drive informed decisions and ensure alignment with company goals Ensure that compliance requirements and processes are followed Contribute to the understanding, shaping and executing on our US market service strategy (and other markets to come) Spread your knowledge and experience and mentor other members of the product and UX team while continuously learning Communicate with the team and everyone in the company, and lead the way to achieving our business objectives

The interview process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

Introductory call (30-45 min) - initial introductory call with our Hiring Manager. Product loop interviews (1.5 hrs) - this stage consists of two separate interviews which usually happen on the same day. They are made up of situational based questions covering different product management skills sets. Final round (45 min) - interview with our CTO.
