About the role

As a Pricing and Project Manager, you will be at the intersection of pricing strategy and project execution. Your role involves two main aspects:

Pricelist: managing product pricelist, identifying anomalies for correction to optimise accurate profitability, price list development and price list management in close cooperation with commercial product management for increased sales and profitability. Project: leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and delivery with product management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricelist Management and Strategy: Maintain and develop the pricelist to support increased revenue, profitability and high quality and efficient order process. Implement and maintain a structured pricelist governance process. Working alongside the Commercial Product Managers, develop and implement pricing strategies for products and product features; Analyse market dynamics, competitive landscape, and cost structures to set optimal pricing; Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and the Product Management team to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives; Project Management: Working with the Senior Project Manager, lead Full, Light and Agile projects from initiation to completion; Support projects through the Konecranes Lift Trucks project process; help to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; Coordinate cross-functional teamwork, including Product Management and the Product Teams which include Sales, Sourcing, Production and the Engineering group; Mitigate risks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones;

You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sales, Engineers, Sourcing, and other business leaders. Your role will involve facilitating communication across departments to achieve project goals, as well as providing leadership and guidance to project teams.

Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing improvements will be key. You'll also implement Lean principles within the project environment and drive operational excellence in pricing and project management.

Monitoring pricing and project budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance will be part of your responsibilities. You'll evaluate project ROI and cost-effectiveness.

You'll develop and maintain a set of performance KPIs to track and demonstrate key criteria.

What should you bring?

Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, project management, or related roles is required. Familiarity with mobile equipment sales, engineering, and assembly processes is necessary, along with previous exposure to cross-functional collaboration and SAP.

A Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.

Skills required include strong project management skills, an enthusiastic self-driven attitude with a focus on teamwork, an analytical mindset with attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in SAP, including SAP modules relevant to pricing, is an advantage.
