Det här är din chans att lära dig mer om events och omsätta dina kunskaper i praktiken.  Du kommer att ingå i Digital & Media-teamet och rapportera till Event-ansvarig för Arla Sverige.

 

Du kommer att uppleva en stor variation i dina arbetsuppgifter, som vi lovar kommer att utmana dig dagligen samt vara mycket relevant för dina framtida studier. Vi försöker skapa långsiktiga relationer med våra Student Assistants.

 

Hur du kommer påverka 
Vi  söker en Student Assistant Events till oss på Arla Foods Sverige. En Student Assistant arbetar 15-20 timmar i veckan hos oss, med hänsyn till din utbildning och vi tecknar kontrakt per termin (vår och höst separat). Startdatum är någon gång i slutet av sommaren.
 

  • Du kommer att  ingå i ett härligt team där du kommer att arbeta med olika uppgifter relaterade till Arlas många konsument-/B2B-event.
  • Du kommer att ha kontakt med många olika interna funktioner samt externa partners och du kommer att ha exponering mot flera intressenter i branschen.
  • Mycket hands on där du är med på event
  • Mycket administration och koordinering, mycket kontakter med externa leverantörer
  • Du kommer ha mycket kontakt med digitala och SoMe teamet  för att kommunicera och förstärka våra event i digitala kanaler
     

Detta kommer bidra till din framgång

Vi söker dig som studerat på någon eftergymnasial utbildning inom exempelvis Marknadsföring, Eventprojektledning, Kommunikation eller liknande.

 

Du måste ha minst ett år studier kvar för att vara kvalificerad för denna roll.

 

Ett kommersiellt intresse är att föredra och vi ser gärna att du har intresse för dagligvarubranschen. Du behöver vara utåtriktad med en stark kommunikationsförmåga. Dessutom är det viktigt att du verkligen tycker om det fysiska mötet med konsumenter/ kunder och är en bra ambassadör för Arlas varumärke, att du har ett affärstänk och entreprenörskap. Att du gillar att  ta dig an nya uppgifter och  problemlösning samt att det plus om du är praktisk lagd.  Gillar projektledning och arbetsstruktur, samtidigt som förstår att både rutin- och ad hoc-uppgifter ingår i denna roll samt att varierade arbetstider kan förekomma.

 

Kunskap om IT-programvara, såsom Excel och PowerPoint är viktigt samt förmåga att lära sig nya IT-system.

 

Det är viktigt att du har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och i engelska.

 

Körkort är ett krav.
