Position: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Role Description:
Design & Development E2E: Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules, especially Event Management and Operational Intelligence.
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party monitoring tools and IT systems.
Implement CI correlation to ensure accurate mapping and relationships in CMDB
As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Event Management, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM solutions, particularly focusing on Event Management and CMDB modules.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, monitoring, and automation of IT infrastructure events.
Maintenance & Support: Perform routine maintenance tasks including patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Event Management implementations.
Required Skills
5+ years of ServiceNow development hands on experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Event Management and/or CMDB modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
Certification: CSA certification Certified Implementation Specialist – Event Management
