We are now looking for a
ServiceNow Senior Architect
to join our
Platforms business stream in Stockholm.
In this role, you will advise customers at a strategic level, lead architectural work across complex implementations, and ensure long-term value through high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Your role
As a
ServiceNow Senior Architect
, you will:

• Build and deliver ServiceNow implementations for customers across the Nordics, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main contact for the architectural work during the implementation and ensure the solution supports the customer's strategy and goals.
• Advise senior stakeholders on challenges within IT and service management, and design smart solutions that meet their needs.
• Take responsibility for the delivery plan and make sure the solution stays on track throughout the project – including scope, changes and reviews of technical designs.
• Work closely with our partners and vendors to ensure the solution is delivered on time and according to best practice.
• Communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders and ensure everyone has a shared understanding of the solution.
• Stay updated on new ServiceNow features, AI capabilities and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and added value.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in IT, architecture or platform-focused roles.
• Several years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture, integrations, data models and governance.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Solid knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM or other major ServiceNow modules.
• Interest in how AI and automation can create smarter workflows and better business outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with both business and technical stakeholders.
• A relevant academic background (IT, Engineering, Business Technology or similar).
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
