ServiceNow Solution Consultant / Architect

As a Solution Consultant / Architect, you act as the bridge between customer needs and technical delivery. You guide our clients through digital transformation and ensure that requirements, processes, and solutions align throughout the entire lifecycle.

You will:

  • Advise customers on their ServiceNow transformation journey
  • Act as the main contact when business processes need to be changed or automated
  • Take ownership of functional and technical requirements
  • Translate requirements into high-level and low-level specifications
  • Support development teams and moderate collaboration between all stakeholders
  • Lead workshops, expert sessions, and document project progress
  • Conduct post-mortems and drive continuous improvements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect
  • Possesses deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and selected modules
  • Has strong experience within ITSM, CSM, HR, IRM or ITOM automation
  • Is confident in customer interaction and able to lead project teams
  • Holds ITIL 4 and ideally ServiceNow certifications
  • Is fluent in Swedish and English

ServiceNow Technical Architect

As a Technical Architect, you lead the technical design, architecture, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. You are the technical authority in customer discussions and ensure that our implementations follow best practices and deliver long-term value.

You will:

  • Lead technical design of architecture, data models, integrations, and customization
  • Conduct workshops, clarification meetings, and solution presentations
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and custom application development
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and platform best practices
  • Define integration strategies and patterns
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements
  • Mentor developers, administrators, and other stakeholders
  • Work fluently in both Swedish and English

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has extensive ServiceNow design and implementation experience
  • Brings expertise in multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, App Engine)
  • Has strong development knowledge (JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP)
  • Understands cloud platforms, automation, and integration technologies
  • Communicates effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Holds relevant ServiceNow certifications (a plus)

ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Developer, you play a key role in implementations, agile development, and DevOps-based deliveries. You collaborate with architects and customer stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions.

You will:

  • Configure and build workflows, business rules, UI components, portals, workspaces, notifications, and Virtual Agent
  • Work with low-code/no-code and custom scripting
  • Develop and test server-side and client-side JavaScript
  • Design and build integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs, secure data exchange)
  • Work with CMDB, data modeling, imports, and transform logic
  • Participate in agile delivery, testing, deployments, and documentation
  • Challenge requirements and contribute to better solutions

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on ServiceNow development experience
  • Is proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
  • Understands Workflow/Flow Designer, UI Builder/Portals, and CMDB concepts
  • Communicates clearly and thinks analytically
  • Has relevant certifications or experience with ITSM/ITOM/HRSD (a plus)

ServiceNow Engagement Manager

As an Engagement Manager, you oversee customer relationships and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects and services. You are the primary point of contact and responsible for operational excellence throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects
  • Act as the main contact between The Cloud People and the customer
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability
  • Ensure high quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Drive roadmap planning and coordinate resource planning

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is fluent in Swedish and English
  • Has strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
  • Has documented experience in project, service, or program management
  • Can motivate teams and handle stakeholder management
  • Has experience working with ServiceNow deliveries
