ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Consultant – Freelance Opportunity (Hybrid Sweden)
We're looking for an experienced
ServiceNow Consultant
with deep expertise in
CMDB
and
CSDM
to join an ongoing transformation initiative. You'll play a key role in shaping data models, driving service visibility, and enhancing IT governance across a large enterprise environment.
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow
CMDB
&
CSDM
(v3.0 or above) - JavaScript
,
Glide API
, and ServiceNow configuration - ITIL v4
framework & ServiceNow platform architecture - Data modelling, CI class design, and CMDB health improvements
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
Your Role:
- Design and implement
CSDM-aligned CMDB structures
and relationships - Configure and manage
Application Services, Business Applications, and Service Offerings - Support
Discovery, Service Mapping
, and integrations (ServiceNow ITOM, BMC Remedy, etc.) - Develop scripts, workflows, and dashboards to improve
data quality
and
automation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen
data governance
and
service visibility
