Full Stack Engineer
who combines technical expertise in .NET and cloud architecture with a strong sense of structure, quality, and agile methodologies. You'll be a key member of a small team where your contribution will have a direct impact, while also being part of a truly global business.

Responsibilities

• Work on architecture and development in .NET/C#, , Azure – from backend to integrations and user interfaces – ensuring high-quality deliveries and clean code.
• Participate in, and occasionally lead, technical testing and test automation initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of new and improved security strategies.
• Operate within structured yet pragmatic workflows, using backlogs and visual tools to provide clarity and focus for the team and stakeholders.
• Play an important role in ensuring the team works efficiently and transparently.

You will report directly to Erika's EVP Technology.

Requirements

• Relevant IT education and at least 2 years of experience with .NET/C#, Azure, , or related technologies.
• Relevant experience of testing.
• Understanding of API architecture and design patterns, including REST.
• Commitment to secure coding practices and awareness of compliance/privacy considerations.
• Enjoys working in an agile environment and has an interest in improving structure, workflows, backlogs, and visual tools to support team success.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Desirable

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools.
• Advanced experience in Azure, such as API gateways, Function Apps, Front Door, Data Factory and SQL server.
• Experience with Azure B2C, especially custom policies.
• UI design and prototyping experience in Figma.
• Experience with AI-driven development.
• Strong interest in emerging machine learning.
