About the Role

We're looking for a 
Social Media Manager
 to join our growing marketing team and elevate Slotmill's online presence. You'll be the voice of our brand across all social platforms — from strategy to storytelling, content creation, and community engagement. This role is part of the marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing.

This is a part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that builds brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop, plan and publish compelling content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms that reflects the Slotmill brand.
  • Update and maintain the communication plan together with head of marketing.
  • Collaborate with game designers and video creators to produce high-impact assets and campaigns.
  • Monitor trends, performance data, and competitor activity to optimize content and posting strategy.
  • Manage Slotmills´s presence on digital channels and community interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support game launches and marketing initiatives with creative social campaigns, content assets and promotional storytelling.
  • Stay updated on trends in gaming, marketing and content formats.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience managing social media for a brand — ideally in gaming, entertainment, or tech.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, analytics, and storytelling.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus).
  • Experience with paid campaigns and platform analytics.
  • A creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience with visual and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Familiar with AI tools for layout optimization.
  • Demonstrate a successful trackreckord from building strong social media strategies and presence.
