Social Media & Content Manager
– and help us redefine the coffee capsule market through sharp storytelling and standout content.

We're looking for a
creative, driven and detail-oriented social media & content lead
who wants to make their mark in a fast-growing, design-driven lifestyle brand. If you're passionate about digital storytelling, love everything social, and have a content-first mindset – with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on – this role is for you.

What You'll Do

You'll own and drive our social presence and content output across key channels, working closely with our e-commerce team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing our social media and content strategy
  • Planning and managing weekly and monthly content calendars
  • Creating and publishing engaging content: reels, short-form videos, newsletters, blog posts, landing page content and social posts
  • Securing a consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity across all channels
  • Driving community engagement: replying to comments and DMs, spotting opportunities to interact with our audience
  • Identifying and acting on trends within coffee, lifestyle, sustainability and design
  • Briefing, coordinating and sometimes leading content shoots
  • Working with influencer collaborations and creator content (from sourcing to follow-up)
  • Tracking performance and turning insights into concrete actions and optimisations

Who You Are

  • You have previous experience working with social media and content creation (in-house, agency or freelance)
  • You're both
    strategic and operational
    – just as comfortable planning a campaign as you are editing a reel or writing a caption
  • You have a strong eye for aesthetics and understand design-driven brands
  • You write clearly and on-brand in English (Swedish is a plus)
  • You're confident using social and content tools (e.g. Klavio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, Adobe tools or similar)
  • You are organised, proactive and enjoy taking ownership and moving projects forward
  • You're interested in lifestyle, design and sustainability – and like the idea of helping more people discover better capsule coffee
