About the role:
As an HR Business Partner for Group Technology, you will play a key role in shaping and driving our people strategy. As a member of the Technology management team, you take full ownership of the HR agenda, initiating and leading initiatives that strengthen the organisation and enable growth and transformation. A core focus of the role is talent development, ensuring we have the right skills and capabilities for both current and future needs. You will also help foster an inclusive, high-performance culture where people thrive and deliver their best.
Group Technology is at the heart of SEB's digital transformation, driving innovation in areas such as AI, cybersecurity, and architecture to future-proof the bank in a rapidly changing environment. The division is responsible for SEB's banking software and underlying infrastructure, ensuring that products and services are delivered with speed, reliability, and compliance. With around 3,000 employees globally, primarily in Sweden and the Baltics, Group Technology plays a critical role in enabling SEB's success. Competence development is one of our highest priorities, as technology evolves at an unprecedented pace and securing the right skills is essential for the future.
As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for capturing and translating business needs into people strategies that enable successful implementation of HR processes and solutions. You drive the HR agenda in close partnership with the management team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and creating value through collaboration with HR colleagues. In this role, you actively influence the HR business plan and contribute to the development of innovative HR solutions and service deliveries that support growth and transformation.

- You have worked as an HRBP for 8+ years on senior level, preferably towards a Technology organisation, but other relevant backgrounds are banking and large global organizations.
- You are curious, continuously learning and adopting new ways of working.
- You have excellent skills in the English language, as well as fluency in Swedish.
- You naturally thriving in change and complexity, you can navigate and engage others. You can constructively challenge status quo, lead and influence on all levels, communicate with clarity - HRBP is a leading role where the ability to simplify what's complex through communication, presentation and facilitation skills are needed.
- You are independent and have a strong drive of your own as well as being a great team player.
- You are a strategic, critical thinker with an analytical mind that can identify the significant, bring valuable insights and drive change in context of the big strategic agenda in a complex environment through involvement and collaboration.
- You will lead the HR team for Group Technology.
