You will belong to the central project management team within Group CIO Office, who support all of SEB to ensure the future of banking, with a forward-leaning mindset. We lead and drive strategic transformation and change to support the SEB Strategic agenda and future proofing the bank. These initiatives span over multiple divisions, markets and domains and are complex and extensive in both time and scope.

Role Responsibilities Include

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of value in programs and projects
  • Managing dependencies, risk and stakeholders on all levels to ensure deliveries as needed
  • Securing the right prioritization and proactively identify and address impediments to ensure progress
  • Coordinate the needed work in our delivery organization, using agile frameworks
  • Lead and interact with external vendors and partners
  • Use your experience and competence to guide and coach the organization

All done in collaboration with your program or project sponsor, usually a senior business manager.

Qualifications Needed To Succeed In This Role

  • 7+ years of experience of leading change as a Program or Project Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated success in delivering programs and projects
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus towards agreed targets
  • Understanding and ability to adapt to scaled agile principles and practices
  • Strong leadership and communication skills,with the ability to inspire,motivate and build your own network within SEB.
  • Ability to keep focus on the plans and expected long term effects of the program or project whilst still being prepared to dig into details to solve problems or drive actions to secure progress.
