IT Program Manager

We at Maandag Nordic are now seeking a visionary and results-driven Program Manager and Change Manager to lead and govern a strategic AI initiative with significant impact across an international enterprise environment. This role is central to ensuring that their most ambitious AI investments deliver tangible business value, organizational alignment, and lasting digital transformation. As Program Manager, you will head a virtual program composed of cross-functional projects and agile deliveries. You will be the key driver connecting strategy, structure, and execution — turning vision into measurable results.

The role is pivotal, requiring a leader with strong stakeholder and change management skills, capable of bridging the gap between IT, development, and the wider organization. You will play a key role in explaining both the opportunities and challenges of automation, ensuring that the organization fully understands and embraces the change.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of strategic AI initiatives, ensuring alignment, governance, and delivery excellence.
• Build and maintain a clear program structure that combines agile ways of working with transparency, accountability, and value realization.
• Mobilize the organization around the project — from executive leadership to operational teams.
• Collaborate closely with C-level executives and key stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and facilitating decision-making at the highest level.
• Identify and remove roadblocks, bottlenecks, and risks to maintain pace and momentum.
• Ensure effective tracking, measurement, and communication of progress and business impact across the program.

Job requirements
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have:

• Solid experience in
  **leading large-scale change programs within complex, international organizations

• Proven experience in leading programs with a budget from at least
  100 miljoen SEK
  a year or
  1 biljoen SEK
  overall

• Proven ability to
  drive transformation
  across organizational boundaries, build engagement, and translate strategic vision into concrete action

• Strong track record in
  stakeholder management
  and
  change management
  at a strategic level

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – able to inspire, influence, and build trust and transparency at all levels including executive management
• Fluent in English, both in written and verbal language
• Willing to travel from time to timeYou combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrive in environments where transformation, innovation, and collaboration are at the core. Experience with agile delivery models, digital transformation, and a good understanding of AI's business applications will be considered strong advantages.
