About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
Area Sales Manager
to drive commercial success for our
Coronary product portfolio
across Sweden. This role combines strategic sales leadership with strong clinical and technical expertise, ensuring healthcare professionals have access to innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and providing expert support during procedures. Collaboration with internal teams and key stakeholders will be essential to deliver exceptional value and maintain market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Deliver sales objectives for the coronary portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and hospital procurement teams.
- Provide product demonstrations, clinical education, and technical support during procedures when required.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare accurate forecasts and reports for management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, clinical specialists, and other internal teams to execute initiatives effectively.
- Support training programs for healthcare professionals and internal staff.
Compliance:
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. About You
- Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within interventional cardiology or coronary therapies.
- Strong understanding of coronary procedures and cath lab workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Sweden.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
