Efore Group, an international company, designer and manufacturer of custom and standard DC power systems, AC/DC power supplies and back-up solutions for a wide range of demanding telecom and industrial applications. We are looking for an energetic
Sales Manager to boost and develop Efore's Energy storage business in Sweden.
Your mission as our new colleague is to maintain the current Efore business in the defined Nordic markets, source strategic partnerships and build long-term customer relationships. At the same time, you find ways to increase business in designated area. This role includes generating demand for Efore energy storage business, If you are Entrepreneur minded market-oriented team builder, eager to serve customer need and to meet expectations, you are the one we are looking for. The responsibility area covers execution of Efore growth strategy focused both on financial gain and maximizing customer satisfaction. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the Efore sales and R&D team colleagues.
To succeed in this position, you have the following qualifications:
- Good energy storage market knowledge, especially for residential ones combined with several years' experience from communications Site Energy business in R&D, Marketing or Business Development
- You are skilled at selling complex system solutions
- Develop new business opportunities with installers, distributors, EPCs, and wholesalers in the Swedish and German residential energy market
- You build strong relationships with customer stakeholders as R&D, Product management and senior management
- Eager to connect to customers, actively but also by being accessible, through relevant communication, travel to customer meetings, exhibitions, and partners on a regular basis
- Good communication, friendly and passionate. Knowing German language is a plus
You will work from our Stockholm (SWE) office.

We have considered a monthly salary range of €5,000 to €7,000 for this position, depending on your experience and educational background.
