KA YO has been steadily growing since we launched 3.5 years ago and we are now looking for someone to take the e-com side of things to the next level. We are a small, passionate team that believe in creating memorable retail experiences with and for our community. Retail experiences should be inspiring and memorable and that is what drives the day to day. Our office is located in central Stockholm at our flagship store in Norrlandsgatan and we are looking to expand further internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of e-commerce P&L, ensuring sustainable growth with profitability
- Define and execute the e-commerce growth strategy to scale from 80 MSEK to 200 MSEK
- Own and develop the e-commerce platform and tech stack (in collaboration with developers and partners)
- Lead and optimize performance marketing (paid social, search, google shopping relevant etc), including ad spend strategy and ROl.
- Own CRM and retention strategy, including lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and personalization.
- Drive international expansion across multiple markets.
- Translate business goals into clear requirement specifications for ad agencies, developers, and tech vendors.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing e-commerce and growth team
- Continuously analyze performance, customer behavior, and unit economics to inform decisions
- Act as a key stakeholder in cross-functional collaboration (brand, supply chain, finance, operations)
Who you are:
- 4+ years in a leadership role within e-commerce, preferably in a high-growth or scale-up environment
- Strong technical understanding of a modern e-commerce tech stack (platforms, analytics, marketing tools, integrations)
- Proven experience owning and managing an e-commerce P&L
- A data-driven mindset with strong commercial instincts
- Entrepreneurial attitude - comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and fast decision-making
- Experience working with agencies and external partners, including setting clear requirements and KPIs
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, structure, and scale teams
- Excellent communication skills in at least English (Swedish is a plus)

- Experience with multi-brand e-commerce
- Experience scaling international e-commerce businesses across multiple markets
