Uppdragsbeskrivning:

  • Besvara samtal och hantera inkommande ärenden till Siteaccess-avdelningen
  • Assistera intern och extern personal med tillträde till datorhallar och ILA-placeringar
  • Hantera tillträdesfrågor och säkerställa korrekt dokumentation av alla ärenden
  • Ansvara för hantering av nyckelskåp för markskåp och noder för entreprenörer och anställda
  • Uppdatera och administrera information i alla stödsystem kopplat till Siteaccess
  • Leverera en professionell serviceupplevelse till interna och externa kunder, fältresurser och partners

Erfarenhet:

  • Vi ser gärna att man är tekniskt lagd då arbetet innefattar att kunna hantera många system och arbetsuppgifter samtidigt.
  • Proaktiv och processorienterad arbetsmetod.
  • Utmärkta muntliga och skriftliga kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
  • Vi söker någon med naturlig nyfikenhet och stark självdrivkraft
  • Du trivs med att lösa komplexa situationer och hitta innovativa lösningar
  • Du är självgående och har starka samarbetsförmågor och tycker om att dela din kunskap med ditt team
  • Ofta kommer du behöva hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt, vilket kräver att du kan förbli motiverad och proaktiv, även under högt tryck
