TL;DR - We're hiring an Executive Assistant to be the right hand to our CEO and Co-founder, Anton Osika. You'll run his calendar, travel, and lead high-priority tasks. We're looking for a problem-solving force-multiplier who thrives in chaos, clears paths, and keeps Lovable moving fast.

What you'll do

Contribute to a culture with an "anything-that-it-takes" mindset while building the most important company in Europe as a right hand to our founder.

  • Act as a force-multiplier: manage founder's calendar, travel, inbox, and high-priority tasks.

  • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they surface. Protect focus; clear the path.

  • Learn how leadership works at Lovable; pick up tasks small or big; confidently engage senior internal/external stakeholders eager to get time with Lovable.

  • Handle confidential information and sensitive negotiations with discretion.

  • Occasional personal errands may happen as exceptions (e.g., buying anniversary gifts, picking up packages).

What we're looking for

  • Raise the bar and lead by example.

  • Have a service mindset: sense problems before others do and fix them before being asked.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

  • Startup-ready: ambiguity energizes you and you default to action. A driver, not a passenger.

  • A systems thinker who builds simple, durable processes.

  • Comfortable working across time zones; flexible during launches/P0 moments while keeping healthy norms (weekends only if it's truly on fire).

  • 3+ years of experience as an EA and/or Chief of Staff at a fast-growing startup, with proven success partnering closely with an executive.
