PROJECT COORDINATOR TILL LELY CENTER LIDKÖPING

Som Project coordinator har du det övergripande ansvaret för att leda och leverera installationsprojekt till våra kunder – från försäljning till färdig anläggning – i rätt tid och inom budget. Du blir en central länk mellan kund, leverantörer, installatörer och kollegor och ser till att projektet flyter smidigt från start till mål. Välkommen att söka tjänsten

Arbetsuppgifter
I rollen ingår att ta fram och samordna ritningar, kapacitetsberäkningar och projektlayout i dialog med kunden, samtidigt som du säkerställer att både tidsplan och ekonomi följs. Du ansvarar för beställningar från Lely och externa leverantörer, organiserar transporter och lagring samt följer upp projektets kostnader efter avslut. Du är också den som genomför slutbesiktningar, ser till att nödvändig dokumentation finns på plats och överlämnar projektet till serviceteamet.

För Att Lyckas Leder Du Ett Team Av Installationstekniker Och Samordnar Entreprenörer Och Andra Samarbetspartners. Du Driver Arbetet Framåt, Håller Alla Informerade Och Arbetar Alltid Enligt Lelys Höga Standarder För Kvalitet, Säkerhet Och Arbetsmiljö. Exempel På Arbetsuppgifter

  • Planera och följa upp projekt från start till färdig installation
  • Samordna installationsteam, kunder och entreprenörer
  • Ge tekniska råd och kostnadsunderlag i offertprocesser
  • Ansvara för CE-dokumentation och slutbesiktning

Personliga egenskaper och kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av projektledning och trivs i en roll med många kontaktytor. Du är van att ta ansvar, fatta beslut och leda andra, och du ser till att skapa struktur även i komplexa projekt.

  • För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha:
  • Kunskaper i CAD-verktyg AutoCAD)
  • Grundläggande ekonomisk förståelse för budget och kostnadsuppföljning
  • God kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att bygga långsiktiga relationer

Det är meriterande om du har byggteknisk kunskap, erfarenhet från lantbruksmiljöer eller utbildning inom Lelys egna program för mjölkning, kylning och fodersystem.
