Your role & influence as a Technical Project Manager
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading the technical transformation, overseeing the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Collaboration:
Together with your team, you take care of driving technical transformation and delivering innovative solutions. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with developers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.

Core Activities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects while managing timelines, scope, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of developers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Track progress using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies and communicate updates, blockers, and milestones to all stakeholders.

Additionally, It's Important That You Have

• 10+ years managing technical projects with strong technical skills and experience working closely with developers and engineers.
• Full professional proficiency in English, with Swedish language skills considered a plus.
• Solid understanding of project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Planner) and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.
• Consultancy background is a plus
