About us

We're Talentium, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing human capital management.

We're looking for an Account Executive who can manage the entire sales funnel - from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. You will work closely with the Commercial team to develop strategies for driving revenue growth and expanding Talentium's customer base. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives on building meaningful client relationships and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue goals.

  • Provide customer feedback to improve product offerings, marketing strategies, and overall go-to-market execution.

  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including talent acquisition teams and C-level executives

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.

  • Track and report sales activities and performance metrics using our CRM.

  • Understand Talentium's solutions inside and out to effectively communicate value to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS B2B sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and methodologies.

  • Someone who thrives on action, takes initiative, and doesn't wait for direction to make an impact.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.

  • A data-driven approach, comfortable tracking performance metrics and optimizing strategies.

  • Bonus: Background in HR tech or start-ups
