Vi söker en erfaren Service Delivery Manager med fokus på Operational Intelligence. Rollen passar dig som brinner för struktur, leveranskvalitet och vill vara länken mellan teknik och verksamhet.

Du kommer ansvara för leveransen inom området Operational Intelligence – från logghantering och implementationer till uppföljning av SLA:er och förbättringsarbete.

Dina ansvarsområden

-Äga och driva tjänsteleveransen inom området (logginsamling, implementationer, dashboards m.m.).

-Säkerställa att SLA:er, kapacitet, tillgänglighet och prestandamål uppnås.

-Prioritera och hantera backlog, releaseplanering, ändringar och uppgraderingar.

-Vara primär kontaktperson mot interna kunder och intressenter.

-Översätta affärsbehov till mätbara use cases.

-Hantera incidenter och problem samt driva kontinuerliga förbättringar.

Vi tror att du har

-Minst 3 års erfarenhet av Service Delivery eller Service Management, gärna inom cybersäkerhet, SIEM eller observability.

-Kunskap om ITIL v3/v4 (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CSI). Certifiering är meriterande.

-Teknisk bredd inom t.ex. Linux, nätverk, autentisering (SAML/OIDC), cloud logging (AWS/Azure/GCP) samt gärna skriptning (Python eller bash).

Meriterande utbildning & certifieringar

-Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT eller säkerhet, eller motsvarande erfarenhet.

-Splunk Core Certified Power User/Admin/Architect.

-Security+, CISM eller CISSP.

Personliga egenskaper

-Kundfokuserad och kommunikativ – du kan översätta teknik till affärsnytta.

-Strukturerad, leveransdriven och bra på att prioritera.

-Analytisk och datadriven med ett kostnadsmedvetet mindset.

-Samarbetsinriktad ledare som kan påverka utan formell personalansvar.

-Trygg i incidenthantering och beslutsfattande under osäkerhet.

Övrig information

Konsulter förväntas genomföra ett antal obligatoriska introduktionsutbildningar inom dataskydd och IT-säkerhet under onboarding (ca 5 timmar, ej fakturerbart).
