Service Delivery Manager

Role:

  • Own the service delivery scope (e.g., log ingestion, implementations, dashboards).
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, capacity, availability, and performance targets.
  • Prioritize and drive the backlog, release/change planning, and patches/upgrades.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our internal customers.
  • Translate business needs into measurable use cases
  • Manage incidents/problems and drive continuous improvement.

Essential requirements:

  • 3+ years in Service Delivery/Service Management (e.g., SDM, Service Owner) within cybersecurity, SIEM, or observability.
  • ITIL v3/4 (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CSI); certification is a plus.
  • Broad technical base: Linux, networking, certificates, authentication (SAML/OIDC), cloud logging (AWS/Azure/GCP), scripting (e.g., Python or bash) – considered a plus.

Meritorious:

  • Degree in IT/Security or equivalent experience.
  • Splunk Core Certified Power User / Admin / Architect.
  • Security+, CISM, CISSP
