Are you a student looking to do an internship (LIA/praktik) as a part of your course or take on a new challenge besides your studies?

Astrid Wild is a Nordic outdoor fashion brand focusing on women, launched in late 2019. We are currently experiencing a very positive growth trend backed by the increasing interest in the outdoors and women loving our products. Since we're a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand selling only via our own e-commerce, being forerunners in digital marketing and content is absolutely essential. And we love it

You'll be part of shaping the brand and learning the ins and outs of building an international DTC brand. You'll work closely with the CMO, Maria Paulsson Rönnbäck - who will let you gain invaluable insights into the company's brand & marketing setup - and/or CEO, Jemina Pomoell - who will guide you through e-commerce and performance marketing.

What you will do:

Depending on your background, previous experience, and interests, we will design a role for you including some of the responsibilities listed below.

Intern responsibilities:

Social Media & Community

  • Engage with our community on Instagram
  • Create relationships with relevant profiles and maintain relations with ambassadors and customers
  • Research and contact relevant organizations and communities to tap into
  • Management of Social Media accounts including posting AW content, reposting UGC, and replying to comments and DMs.

Content

  • Research trending content across platforms and suggest new content formats
  • Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Plan, create & upload content for our Pinterest account including keywords
  • Digital design of assets for social media and website

Influencer Marketing

  • Source and contact potential influencers and partners in the Nordics, Germany, and US

Performance Marketing

  • Launch and manage Meta ads
  • Analyze social and digital media performance and suggest relevant activities to increase growth

E-commerce Management

  • Day-to-day management and updating of the website
  • Website content creation
  • Analyze website user behavior and functionality and suggest relevant activities to improve conversion
