Flak Records is an ambitious indie label dedicated to developing emerging artists and building meaningful campaigns around their music. We're now looking for a motivated and creative
Marketing & Content Intern
to join our team.

This internship is unpaid and therefore only open to students whose internship can be credited and financially supported by CSN or their university.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating, planning, and scheduling social media content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Assisting with PR tasks, including writing press copy (English & Swedish) and sending PR emails
  • Contributing to social media strategy for both the label and our artists
  • Editing videos for social media platforms
  • Supporting campaign planning and brainstorming creative concepts
  • Assisting with event creation and coordination for release-related gigs
  • Attending gigs and events together with A&R
  • Creating on-site content at events
  • Contributing to our ongoing rebranding and visual development
  • Conducting trend research in music, marketing, PR, and social media

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in music, PR, marketing, and social media
  • Creative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Good writing skills in both English and Swedish
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms
  • Bonus: Adobe skills, video editing, or PR tools
  • Fluent in English (Swedish fluency preferred)
