Digital Marketing Intern

We are now seeking a full-time
Digital Marketing Intern
from January 2026 for a minimum of 6 months to join our EMEA Marketing Team at BabyBjörn HQ in Stockholm.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in key aspects of performance-driven digital marketing-helping accelerate our brand's growth across paid social channels, affiliate networks, and SEM, while sharpening your analytical skills.

Reporting directly to the Performance Specialist and being a member of the EMEA marketing team, you will be immersed in digital campaign strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization.

What you will be doing in your role:

• Assist in managing, optimising, and expanding our affiliate marketing programs, identifying new partner opportunities, onboarding affiliates, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
• Contribute to the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid social media campaigns (primarily META), including audience targeting, creative testing, budget allocation, and performance analysis.
• Support the management of SEM campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Participate in ongoing A/B testing and experimentation across channels to identify growth drivers, improve conversion rates, and optimise ROAS.
• Assist in preparing detailed reports to track KPIs, share campaign insights, and present analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and participate in regional team meetings.

You will also have the opportunity to support other key EMEA marketing areas throughout this 6 month period.

What skills will help you be successful:

• You're currently pursuing a degree in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and an interest in customer acquisition and digital advertising
• Previous work experience in growth-related marketing or business development is preferred
• Must be a positive and outgoing person with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong team player with an interest in learning new things
• Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus

The internship MUST be part of your education/university program as it is unpaid and based from the Stockholm office.
