Role Description

As a
Marketing Intern
at Ecobloom, you will work closely with our CEO and marketing team to shape the voice, presence, and storytelling of our brand. Your role will involve planning and creating content, managing social media channels, supporting email and digital campaigns, and contributing to wider brand-building initiatives.

You will also play a key role in developing and producing our upcoming podcast series - from shaping episode topics to coordinating guests and scripting narratives.

This is a hands-on role where you will learn by doing. You'll be encouraged to experiment, contribute ideas, and take ownership. If you're passionate about communication, sustainability, and creative storytelling - we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content for Ecobloom's social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Assist in planning and running digital marketing campaigns, including ads and outreach
  • Write and design monthly newsletters for our global audience
  • Support brand storytelling, messaging, copywriting, and visual identity initiatives
  • Develop promotional content such as short videos, case studies, and graphics (with our guidance - no expert design skills required)
  • Assist in producing and coordinating Ecobloom's podcast: research topics, prepare scripts, plan interviews, and support recording
  • Analyze engagement metrics to help guide content strategy
  • Collaborate closely with team members across marketing, sales, and product

Requirements

  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, and communication
  • Experience with social media platforms and content creation
  • Good writing skills in English (and Swedish is a plus)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Meta/LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is beneficial
  • Organized, proactive, creative, and comfortable taking initiative
  • A willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment
