We're looking for a driven, creative and responsible Growth & Marketing Intern to work alongside our Growth Team.As Growth & Marketing Intern you will be part of a close-knitted Growht Team and work both strategically and creatively to push ICANIWILLs growth and brand image across our European markets. You will be involved in planning, creating and executing marketing initiatives to push ICANIWILL's geographic expansion.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you:

  • Are studying, or have studied Marketing, PR, Media Communication, Business Development or similar at a college or university
  • Have a strong work ethic and will to learn
  • Excellent writing skills in both Swedish and English
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Are comfortable and efficient in communicating in English, ICANIWILL is an international workplace
  • Are genuinely interested in training and the retail industry
  • Previous work experience is a plus

What you will do:

  • Be part of strategic marketing and expansion projects from A to Z
  • Plan and execute brand-driven projects both long-term and short-term
  • Assist Marketing Coordinators in their daily tasks
  • Conduct market research and be point of contact to external stakeholders.
  • Research and initiate collaborations with brand partners in Sweden and internationally
