The Role
Own and elevate Steamery's
social media presence
together with the Social Media Manager, balancing brand building with commercial relevance, pushing creativity and impact.Lead global
PR, Influencer Marketing, Content Creation, and Affiliate Marketing
, together with internal specialists and external partners, pushing the relevance and buzz of our brand to the next level.Act as the
guardian of Steamery's global brand
, owning brand expression, narrative, and visual direction across all channels and markets.Ensure consistency while pushing Steamery into new, relevant, and inspiring territory.
Drive the
implementation and evolution of our brand identity together with other internal specialists,
working cross-functionally to ensure alignment across product, marketing, commercial, and regional teams.Collaborate closely with in-house creative, social, and production teams to deliver brand campaigns, seasonal activations, and product storytelling that feels premium, innovative, modern, and intentional.
Ensure every brand touchpoint reflects Steamery's brand identity, attention to detail, and long-term vision.
Drive cross-departmental alignment around global commercial calendars, key launches, and moments, ensuring brand, product, and performance teams move in sync.
Own trade marketing executions in alignment with the commercial calendar together with the wholesale team, ensuring consistent brand expression across channels and successful campaigns.
Lead and project-manage campaigns and product launches end-to-end, ensuring messages land clearly, consistently, and with impact.
Establish strong processes and ways of working that elevate collaboration, clarity, and creative output across teams.
Track and evaluate brand initiatives, using brand health, campaign performance, and cultural impact to continuously refine strategy.

What You'll Bring
Experience & Background
7+ years of experience
in brand, marketing, or creative strategy roles, with demonstrated responsibility at a senior level.Experience working with
lifestyle, design-led, fashion, or premium consumer brands
.A
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field
, or equivalent professional experience.A strong background in brand management, creative strategy, or brand-led marketing within premium or design-driven environments.
Experience in working successfully with a variety of social platforms, emerging formats, and cultural trends that drive relevance and brand desire.
Proven ability to define, evolve, and protect a brand across multiple channels and markets.
Confidence leading the full PR pipeline, together with internal specialists and external agencies.
A sharp instinct for storytelling, cultural angles, and creating relevance and talkability.
Hands-on experience developing and leading premium campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline touchpoints.
Comfortable translating strategy into clear creative direction and execution.
Comfortable with taking data-driven decisions.
Experience working with trade marketing or wholesale partners in a global context.
You don't need to be a copywriter, but you have a strong eye for language and know how to refine messaging, sharpen narratives, and elevate tone of voice.
Strategic and forward-thinking, with the ability to move quickly from idea to execution.
Comfortable balancing leadership, collaboration, and hands-on involvement.
Strong project management skills and a structured yet flexible approach to work.
Language & Location
Fluent in English
