Your role
We are looking for a Test and Integration Engineer to join the System Design Sensor and Communication section. In this role, you will be responsible for testing and integration for multiple sensors and communication systems for our Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) products.

Your primary focus will be on planning, executing, and coordinating integration tests, as well as configuring test environments and troubleshooting issues. You will work in close collaboration with System design and System integration & verification.

In your role you will:

  • Analyse requirements and set test plan
  • Define, build and maintain integration test environment
  • Oversee the integration, testing, verification, and validation of sub-systems
  • Define and maintain workflows for integration and verification from both product and project perspectives
  • Drive the automation of selected test areas and workflows
  • Continuously plan and improve processes, activities, and operations

Your profile
We are looking for a proactive and responsible individual with a strong background in integration and testing of combined sub-systems, including both hardware and software. You should have a deep understanding of system behavior and performance, preferably within telecom or radar systems.

To thrive in this role, you are proactive and take full responsibility for allocated tasks. It´s important to establish trust within the organization and collaborate efficiently with team members and other project leads.

Required skills:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • At least five years of documented experience in integration testing and trouble shooting in complex systems
  • Basic skills in network configuration
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
  • Knowledge in systems engineering i.e., requirements and corresponding tests
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Knowledge in Matlab and Python or similar
  • Ability to work in a structured way
