Strategy Managers – Gothenburg
On behalf of our client, we are seeking high-potential professionals to join the company's strategy team. The organization is an international industrial company and is undergoing a significant transformation journey, creating an opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives with global impact.
The positions
The positions offer the opportunity to work closely with the management team on high-impact strategic initiatives that shape the company's long-term direction. Typical assignments include corporate strategy development, business transformation, performance improvement, and strategic supply chain initiatives.
The environment is dynamic, analytical and project-based and you can expect substantial exposure to senior leadership and a strategic mandate that spans multiple global regions and business areas.
The ambition is for these positions to serve as a potential springboard into broader leadership roles within the global organization.
The positions are based in Gothenburg.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, from a top-tier consultancy firm
- Proven track record of working with executive management to gain alignment and drive strategic decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges and prioritize the most critical issues
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
- Fluency in English and strong ability to communicate in a multicultural and complex global context
