*Role Summary*
The Portfolio Analysis and Modularization team is part of the Group Product Portfolio team in the TRATON GPM, Group Product Management function. The team's mission is to secure each brand's success by balancing all brands' requirements in a common TRATON Group portfolio, delivering aggregated group product roadmaps and securing the best portfolio properties.

The team is responsible for systematically describing the current and future needs of the transport system to ensure that the TRATON Modular System (TMS) has the necessary range of functionality to meet all brands' needs, including brand positioning and product differentiation. The work is based on the TMS and the User Factor Methodology, where customer needs are structured and used for both performance analysis and implementation support evaluations.

You will work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across the group.

*Job Responsibilities*

  • Manage the TRATON Group Use Cases, govern the product portfolio and its required properties.
  • Create transparency on customer needs by working with Use Case and property analysis, including setting targets for development to secure the right customer value.
  • Be an expert on and secure the TRATON Modularization Strategy through modularization-driven performance differentiation.
  • Take part in developing modularization theory and conduct training from a TRATON Group perspective.
  • Drive continuous development of the User Factor Methodology to support TRATON Group needs.

*Who You Are*

  • You have a higher education degree in engineering, business administration, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience in data analysis and data engineering is valuable for evaluating business needs and translating them into user factor requirements.
  • Experience working with properties and knowledge of modularization is beneficial, as well as having an established network within the TRATON Group.
  • You are driven, self-motivated, and structured, with a high level of integrity. You enjoy working in an international, fast-paced environment and use your flexibility and creativity to handle various challenges.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are required, as you will have frequent contact with other TRATON functions, Group brands, and alliance partners.

This Is Us
We are the Portfolio Analysis and Modularization team within TRATON Group Product Management. Our purpose is to ensure that the TRATON Modular System meets current and future transport system needs across all brands. We do this by understanding customer needs, driving modularization strategy and contributing to group-wide methodology development.

We work close to the business, combining strategic perspective with hands-on collaboration. The team consists of seven dedicated colleagues, including the manager, and enjoys a tight and collaborative team culture. You will be part of an international network across all TRATON brands and alliance partners.

The position is located at the TRATON AB office in Södertälje, where you will work in a dynamic environment with strong links to product development, portfolio strategy, and group-wide governance.

Carry out feasibility and assessment work for proposed and current projects to contribute to the development and continuous review of business cases.
